We can personalise most of our items with your logo or design, but we’re happy to provide all items as they are.
We do not however decorate customer supplied items because, whilst we always take the greatest of care, sometimes machinery can have a hiccup and if a garment is ruined we cannot replace it.
If you do choose to add some personalisation, our design team will work with you to make sure your finished item is exactly as you want it.
Our intention is to give every customer affordable items and personalisation no matter what - who wants to have order a gazillion to get the advertised deal?

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
We recommend washing your printed items inside out at a low temperature of 30 degrees celsius. To extend the life of the clothing and printing do not tumble dry, for the best result we suggest air drying.
When ironing, make sure the garment is inside out and apply minimal pressure on the lowest heat setting, spending little time on any printed areas.

We are currently only delivering to within the UK.
Your items will be sent by Royal Mail as a Signed For delivery.
The delivery charge is a flat rate of £4.60.
Free delivery is provided on orders totalling £150 and over.
We usually aim to deliver within 3-5 working days of receiving your order & payment (logo/design agreement dependent), and we’re doing our best to meet this during Covid-19 limitations, so please bear with us during this time.

Laser transfer printing has come a long way from the iron-on decals of old.
Your custom logo or design is precision laser printed onto transfer paper and then ink is thermally transferred from the paper to your fabric using heat and pressure.

Sublimation printing uses heat to essentially bring ink and fabric together as one.
First, a design is printed onto special paper. The inks that are used turn into gas when brought under heat, then combine with the fabric and permanently print onto the fabric. The effects are permanent and less prone to fading, as the ink is embedded in the fabric or substrate rather than simply laying on top like a normal print.
The process is almost like a tattoo, but instead of for your skin, it’s for your chosen product. The heat opens up the pores of the fabric, then with the applied pressure the ink cools and returns to a solid form.
The result is a permanent image that won’t crack, peel or wash away from the substrate. The process allows the ink to go from a solid to a gas without turning to liquid, a bit like dry ice. The conversion is initiated by heat and controlled by pressure.

If you place an order via the KLS Apparel website, you may have the option to add artwork / branding to the garments you are purchasing.
Any images / designs you submit to KLS Apparel – either via email or the uploader tool on our website – will be kept private and not shared with any unaffiliated third parties. We will never use your artwork / branding for any purpose other than the fulfilment of your order.
4. Payment Details
This website uses third party payment facilities to process online payments securely. Your card details are never stored by KLS Apparel, and all details are transferred using SSL encryption.
5. Our Mailing List
When you contact KLS Apparel or place an order via our website, you may be offered have the opportunity to join our mailing list. Subscribers are sent promotional emails containing product information, special offers, and other updates from KLS Apparel.
Subscribers can unsubscribe from our mailing list at any time by clicking the ‘unsubscribe’ link that appears in all of the promotional emails we send.

RETURNS POLICY
You may return any item bought from our standard range* within 14 days of delivery providing it is in the original packaging and suitable for resale. Returns can take up to 15 working days to be processed.
Unless incorrectly supplied or deemed to be faulty we will not pay for return postage and we cannot accept the return of:

Goods that have been embroidered, badged or printed.

Goods that have been assembled in line with your requirements.

Goods that have been specially procured in line with your requirements and do not form part of our standard range*
In the event of goods arriving with production or manufacturing errors KLS Apparel reserves the right to correct these prior to offering a refund, at the sole discretion of KLS Apparel.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These terms and conditions shall apply to all contracts entered into between KLS Apparel and its customers.

KLS Apparel agrees to carry out the requirements of the customer in accordance with written specifications supplied by the customer to KLS Apparel and recorded in writing between the parties.

Unless otherwise agreed payment for the goods ordered by the customer shall be made when placing order.

Title or ownership in the goods supplied by KLS Apparel to the customer shall not pass to the customer until such time as full payment has been made, full payment being the receipt of cleared funds in respect of the whole order relating to the goods supplied.

In the event of the customer wishing to change the design, artwork or other aspect of the order such request must be given by the customer to KLS Apparel in writing. KLS Apparel will use its best endeavours to make the changes in accordance with this request but must reserve the right to charge the customer the additional cost of any such changes arising out of this request and will notify the customer of the costs such as changes at the time of the request. KLS Apparel also reserve the right to amend the initial delivery time frame should any changes to an order be required. Orders requiring new artwork will not be started until artwork is signed by customer.

KLS Apparel points out that whether it accepts a return of goods is entirely at its own discretion excepting where the return of goods is as a result of the failure on the part of KLS Apparel to supply the relevant goods in accordance with the order. Goods cannot be returned if individual design or embroidery work has been effected on such goods and/or the customer has used the goods and/or itself added the design or embroidery work.

These terms and conditions are unless otherwise agreed deemed to apply to all orders and contract arrangements entered into between KLS Apparel and the customer including repeat or fresh orders from the customer.

For the avoidance of doubt if these should be any dispute under these terms and conditions or the contract between KLS Apparel and the customer then such dispute shall be dealt with under English law.

KLS Apparel points out that these terms and conditions do not in any way remove, restrict, hinder or take away from the customer any of their statutory rights.

Discount code usage is applied at the sole discretion of KLS Apparel.

Please note that colour samples shown may not exactly match the colours on the actual garments. Also, for exact sizing, please check the sizing guide. Please contact us if you have any enquiries.

Products specified as no VAT may have additional terms which qualify customers for no VAT, an example is safety footwear, individual purchases not for employees (subject to safety rating) will qualify for no VAT however purchases for employees will require the addition of VAT. It is the responsibility of the customer to make their use known to KLS Apparel if subject to VAT charges as individual use will be presumed, unless told otherwise.
